The NVS selling year ends in August. The fiscal year and the way they report to investors is still on a 4 quarter system like most companies. I agree end of August makes sense so they can start IC 1 24 without us and not have ophtha lingering and to have to deal with the headache of figuring out numbers and what to pay people, for example if deal closes mid October. Also, B & L meeting is in September, I'm guessing those who will be kept they want those people to attend that meeting. MIEBO is set to launch this yr so I can't see the ones who are retained not being at that meeting and starting to get trained on MIEBO.
