When do you think the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will wake up and go after them

They will. They have been turned in by several people. Everyone else just continue to educate your doctors on labeling controls, FDA registration, Cosmetic Only, etc. Everyone remember clowns like this come into the space every few years, con some doctors and reps, then get shut down. Matter of time.
