The main recruiter for that area is Sonya Grant (310) 633-3943. She is always very helpful but you need to call her between 7am-8:30m am or you cannot talk to her since she is on calls and interviews all day. Good luck!
 



I find that Ventiv recruiters are the bottom of the barrel. They call you for a phone screen just to say that they talked to someone. They promise you are moving forward to the f2f. You email and/or call to follow up. YOU NEVER RECEIVE ANY REPLY.
 



I can honestly say that the recruiters I have worked with have been fabulous! They always keep me updated and respond when I reach out within a reasonable amount of time. I am sorry everyone doesn't have that experience. They even personally call when I am not chosen to move forward rather than the generic impersonal email. I work with the mid south recruiter.

You are very lucky because what you describe is rare. Sounds like you have a very professional recruiter that takes pride in their job and shows respect for people. Unfortunately, most do not.
