Stay far, far, far away from Phadia, Pharmacia Diagnostics or by any other name. They continue to hang on in the US market just by the skin of their teeth. Look elsewhere as anyones tenure here is short lived. Just a word to the wise, or those who want to be wiser.
 








It is what it is. Phadia used to be where it's at, but it's no longer! It got the best of them and it bit Phadia in the toe. It's a strong dude giving its potential. It cannot be denied even by Phadia standards. It is what it is! It used to be somewhat firm but now it is soft. Can anyone bring it back to life? Don't think the Swedes can as they don't have IT. Most Swedes if presented with it, would not recognize it! It's far beyond their reach and cannot be grasped. Yes, it can be slippery at times, but not the Swedish version. The Swede version is cold, dark & gloomy.

Anyway, the light must be shown upon it to make its sense. It's what it is, no more, no less! It knows best and it's still here . . . . . . . . . . . seize it and you will find it rewarding!

Well, don't feel bad because I did make it to the face to face. I was very unimpressed! Unfortunately, we sometimes have to take a job that we know is not right for us when the options are limited. I will not turn it down if offered since the salary is decent and I need a car. I will just continue to look for a better opportunity. From everything that I have gathered so far, you are better off.
 




There are many strong recruiters out there. A good resource for anyone looking for a job is Guerilla Marketing for Job Hunters. Do what you have to when you are desperate, but..the poster above speaks for many.

Too bad the most intelligent of us don't know what the f*%k you're talking about due to your grammar skills.

It's like this, if you want to wait for that next great Pharma job, which doesn't exist since layoffs since 2009 have been in the thousands, go ahead. Your friends are going for that same job. Bonuses are lower than ever, cars are smaller than ever or now just allowance, physician access is low, managed care is stingy, and generic pressure is at an all-time high. Wish you well. Phadia could offer you a great position, well bonused if you make your #'s without worrying about the next round of layoffs. Is it perfect...maybe not, but what is?

Unfortunately it's what it is! Plain and simple. Phadia lost it many many years ago and has never been able to gain it back. It is a slippery mother that is not easily caught. And if it is caught it is tough to hold onto it. It's just the way it is! Most in Phadia upper management never knew that they lost it. It continues to elude them, hiding only in those dark places that it knows. It could be staring right into management's faces but they never see it, or choose not to see it. It's just the way it is, unfortunately. Sometimes it shows up as American, sometimes it shows as a Swede and sometimes as a "don't know what to call it!" It's just what it is.

If your point is misused intelligence, I agree. One man does not an ethic make. If you judge a company by the manner in which it treats its people, Phadia Phlunks. Whether or not a company is purely sales driven should not have an effect on such basics.
 




Yes, Phadia does phlunck. It's very evident when one sees it. Management never sees it, some reps can see it but most do not see it because it is elusive. It's never ending and sometimes it gets caught up in itself! It's just what it is . . . . . nothing more, nothing less. If you find it, please tell us you found it. Sometimes it looks like a bikini laden woman on the beach, but oftentimes it looks like that fatso Hollywood guy that thinks he's it! No, it's not Charley Sheen! It may take a second guess . . . . . . . . yep, it's it!

It's a deflection tactic, to keep boards and executive offices off the topic. Leadership is advised to look for patterns. Personally, I think DE would be an agent of change, if he could be. But with such great salesmen surrounding him, I would not, and don't hold my breath waiting as they say.

This is a place to exercise free speech. No more,no less. The deflective posts are an attempt to destroy credibility. Sound familiar as a pattern here? Maybe if, in response to these posts, we respond with more specific information, we'd see fewer. We will see.

Unfortunately most physicians have not seen it! Yep, it's true. Most can smell it, feel it and obtain a general understanding of what it may look like. But no physician has seen it. If they haven't seen it you know that upper management has no clue about it. It's just what it is.
