Reality Check







Sales for q1 were around $8 million.
Expenses for q1 were around $25 million.
Stock is at $3.36
Top reps have left recently and more will leave in upcoming weeks

That's the reality check--you're obviously the one not looking at the facts. Must be management.

Expenses are around $17 million per quarter. Also, the top reps are not leaving...why would anyone leave when they are making between 20-40K in bonus per quarter?

You are so wrong. No one is making that kind of money per quarter. The top reps are leaving. Everyone that I know is looking. No one can instantly leave until they find another decent job. Good jobs are hard to find these days. Even if you refuse to accept reality, just know that if there was a decent company out there that was hiring a new sales force or national expansion, this company would lose 80% of the sales force at minimum. I am being very honest when I can say I do not know of a single rep that likes it here. When we are all together at a meeting the usual comments are "I made a huge mistake joining the horrible company". "I hate it here". "this company is run by a bunch of liars and idiots"
Except for the extreme suck ups (and we al know who they are). Everyone is talking to recruiters and are looking. I really wouldn't be surprised that this last comment was left by either Randy or Scott. The sad thing is that they troll this board all the time.

Well try this for size you sound like crying children. Mommy they told me the bonus would be bigger and if we showed up the hospitals would buy the product. Grow up already.
to be clear I love the company which includes the product, my dsm (dont know many of the other) the car choice including mileage reimbursement, the raise, the $500 extra, Mike Royal, MSL and bonus plan. Dont know Randy or Scott enough to have an opinion other than they seem fine.
By the way many of you complainers were complaining long before you got here. I know a few of you (and I am sure you know me) and you were complaining about, flights, training, the weather, etc long before it became clear the sales would not ring true.
The bonuses are getting better fpr most. top half will get over 10K q1 and dont forget the freedom to sell and not have to deal with the industry nightmare of pods, samples, call activity, monthly compliance video,. For the babies out there I know this wont convince you to change who you are but this is CP so listen to me me me me complain.

At least when we do go out and interview with other companies we will have at least a half dozen business plan templates to choose from for our 30/60/90 plans to present the hiring manager.

Over 50 percent of the salesforce will make less than 10k for q1.
Only 15 percent will make 20k.

WOW, Scott, Harvard really scrapped the barrel when they let you into their master's program....not only are you pathetic for trolling CP to see what we truly think about you but you can't SPELL! Do yourself a favor and hit spell check or better yet just check out of here. We need a real leader not all your hot air!
 






Some here can sell this drug. Most can't. I think the secret is finding those individual's who can build a supportive team of surgeons & Anesthesiologists to use in hospitals. It's not the drug thats hard to sell, it's the natural born sales talent to bring it all together that's hard to find.

If your Pharma experienced with drug sales showing up on their own or because of teammates, this was not a good move.

Pharmacies fight so hard against us b/c our product is so easy to talk about and express opinions. There are 1000's of drugs & supplies used in every case that eat up $1000's of dollars, but pharmacy just doesn't have the knowledge or confidence to fight against them. Our drug is an easy target.
 






Four ra ra posts on four different threads in less than an hour on a Saturday night. Either it was a quiet night in San Diego to curl up with the iPad and get caught up on correspondences or there is a very paranoid rep out there that knows this is unsustainable and almost over.

Celebrating a great commission check (finally) is comparable to saying "sure the ship sank, but did you hear that band on the deck?" Yet not a very long encore.
 
























It is interesting that many of my colleagues, calling themselves seasoned, were seasoned right out of a job! I guess you liked the unemployment checks better than having to work hard. How were those bonuses? Many others had received announcements about a downsizing at their company that would have directly affected them. Yet, they still have the nerve to talk about what they left to come to this company. If you're so concerned about the future of this company, then work hard, make as much bonus as you can and get yourself at the top of the rankings! Great set up for the next job. I guess that would mean having to work instead of complain, which is so much easier. I wish you losers and complainers would go back to where you came from. We would all be better off.
