Anyone who tells you a number above $90k is a liar.

That's if you don't get kicked out of the hospital.

Fascinating posts. I'm glad tr pulled this line from me now. Funny how the rep who left me to go with Tracy wants to come back and work for me. I will bring him back to the team...he just fell for the b.s. and so did I actually. I feel bad for those good reps out there remember who ou left to work here and ask yourself..."mm, can I win am arm wrestling tournament"?

I'm one of the few reps making decent money and even I'm concerned about the way they treat the salesforce. We'll never make it unless we start paying the good reps. I know several great people that have already left, and several more looking to leave. If things don't change by Jan 1, I'm gone too. I don't understand what they are doing.

Acell will continue to lie to reps and pay them $80K/yr. If the rep leaves, they'll lie to the next rep and/or put an inexperienced warm body in their place. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a position. There are plenty of other jobs, even in this economy, with better pay, better benefits, and much better leadership. Proceed with caution, ya'll.

ACell is the biggest joke in the industry right now. Other reps know it, recruiters know it, and some Surgeons are starting to hear about it.
