We don’t need to get rid of the training department. Or field trainers. We need to get rid of some of the ones at the top of the department though.
Oh it’s coming. The home office staff is very nervous. A failed and expensive (for us) launch. Management will be increasing field rides and business reviews to make it look like they are valuable. It’s gonna be like Office Space in NJ. Will Neurology lose an ABD? In the West we can hope and in the East you better send prayers. Unless you want your ABD double checking every call
Who is this new RBD in Spasticity? Never heard of him. Could they not find anyone from the CNS team? Why would the hire / promote a person prior to the area director being named? No way Helen had time to vette this guy He must be someone ones Golden Boy. It doesn’t fill me with confidence on who is going to get the nod as the area director. Good Luck Northeast.
