Chilling how this came to pass and was posted last November.
 






I still have no idea who thought this was a good idea. Whoever it is still has a job because all we hear is about how awesome this is for the future of this company. But I just don’t see it. Some guy nailed the sentiment at NSM and it stuck with me. How does shrinking your sales force, terminating long established relationships with Providers and increasing territory size equal exponential growth. Or growth at all? His answer from stage was incoherent. Something about social media and industry models. I’d love to see an industry model where shrinking rep size has grown sales.
I’m worried about my job. And I never have been before working here. I’ve always finished in the top half. More often than not hit goal. Yet now I’m trying to work offices my counterpart had locked in and I’m one of the ‘bad reps’ who isn’t at goal. Goal on a product I’ll actively be selling against next quarter. Do we have a plan in place for that? Of course not.
IPX launch is in danger. The morale of this company is at rock bottom. Very few if any reps are motivated right now to sell Rytary (I imagine it’s worse for the Lyvispah reps). Lots of folks more focused on finding other jobs than on launching IPX. I cannot believe the utter devastation that Gustavo and friends brought to this company. He was only here a few moths and destroyed a sales force that was competent and excited. The fact they are doubling down on such a disastrous decision is concerning. If JR actually does these rep field rides I hope he gets an earful and people aren’t afraid to tell him what’s really going on.
 






Who is this new RBD in Spasticity? Never heard of him. Could they not find anyone from the CNS team? Why would the hire / promote a person prior to the area director being named? No way Helen had time to vette this guy He must be someone ones Golden Boy. It doesn’t fill me with confidence on who is going to get the nod as the area director. Good Luck Northeast. They/we are gonna need it.

1000%. No way this guy was vetted. Lacks defensive acumen and is a total liability in coverage. Have heard poor things about his locker room presence too. Spasticity definitely reached with this pick..

1000%. No way this guy was vetted properly. Lacks defensive acumen and is a total liability in coverage. Heard questionable things about his locker room presence as well. Spasticity definitely reached with this pick..
