It would take a strong leader (CEO) to root out all the bad leadership in this company. There is no strong leadership because the CEO is spending all his time on trying to sell the company rather than trying to fix what is wrong. No change until a long term holder of this company is found.
I found that comment helpful. Having had to deal with that person, that comment made me laugh. Anyone who has had any interaction with him knows he is a total zero. Another very bad KK hire of someone with no ophthalmic experience who doesn't know what he is talking about. Someone she can hold dominion over. I know something so scandelous about a teammate. I know the chain started at BC. I know job of teammate on the line and I wany that person to know what is going around. -I should not have this information. Don't know what to do.....would jeopardize myself in the process.
