1st Amendment: Freedom of Speech. If you can't handle negative comments don't even bother coming to this website. At least we all know there's one manager trolling the boards and trying to defend others like some kind of retarded kid with a delusion of being a hero on the playground. Not everybody that's in a management position deserves to be there and there are some people who have managed to stay at this company only through back stabbing others.

I found that comment helpful. Having had to deal with that person, that comment made me laugh. Anyone who has had any interaction with him knows he is a total zero. Another very bad KK hire of someone with no ophthalmic experience who doesn't know what he is talking about. Someone she can hold dominion over. She fired everyone with experience who would know she had no clue and replaced them with total losers. B&L is a collection of total loser, including yourself. Obviously another loser manager with no clue.
 






It would take a strong leader (CEO) to root out all the bad leadership in this company. There is no strong leadership because the CEO is spending all his time on trying to sell the company rather than trying to fix what is wrong. No change until a long term holder of this company is found.

I know job of teammate on the line and I wany that person to know what is going around. -I should not have this information. Don't know what to do.....would jeopardize myself in the process. There should be a clause as term of HR employee to keep your mouth shut otherwise you should be terminated Immediately.......BC. losing a job all in the name of good gossip. Pathetic

Just call the person and tell him or her....let them do with it what they may, I'm sure if they respect you and vice versa your name will be kept out of it. I too don't trust her much she said some things in our training class that for an hr person were completely inappropriate. I just smile and keep my mouth shut around her

Just send an anomyous letter to the person. BC is a trash heap of a human being and she should never be allowed to do anymore back stabbing. Put KK and PS on the trash heap with her.
