real questions for the west vp community specialties



















We were all hoping that DM would stay on as West VP. Good guy, and good leader. He really cares about people and understands the business. What a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately, he is an older white guy. Can’t have that!

Unfortunately, these are the kind of “leaders” that emerge in an organization when melatonin and chromosomes drive promotions. We actually have published goals for percentages of “people of color” and women in leadership positions. They are just part of the feel good math of DEI.
