Read between the lines look at CA, and TF (NYC), it is mathematically impossible to do as well as they have been doing for so long without the " help " of other, MZ and LC. What lab to they get most of their data from, look into it.

Here is my recommendation: if the North -> South -> East -> West coast managers want to practice unethical and perhaps illegal sales sales messaging techniques then let 'em. When you behave in such a way it always catches up the 'company' and their leaders.

If this bothers your conscious and you are having a hard time looking in the mirror then find another career that would satisfy you. Change is never easy but waiting for something to blow up (and it will eventually) is not a wise move.

I'm tired of the backstabbing and badmouthing of individuals. I think we all have at some point and it is so very counterproductive.

Reality: the company does not CARE about employees. All that matters is the bottom line. This will not change so either move on or stay and play the game. Everybody has free will. While there is no "perfect" job, some careers can be both lucrative and fulfilling. Best of luck.

Oh, you're a little aggressive aren't you. I didn't say one word about anyone. Your colleagues in the NE did. I don't have to say anything b/c I could give two shits about any of them. Don't pin this one on me. Ask all the managers who THEY all talked shit about. And, newsflash: do you really think that these are "good people"? Beery and Traeger accuse Quest of favoring male employees when it comes to promotions and pay and discriminating against workers who are pregnant and have caretaking responsibilities. Don't necessarily believe what the whining, crybaby, litigious plaintiffs in this suit, which was thrown out by the way, say.

I believe them. There is a formal investigation with the EEOC (which they won) before attorneys even pick up the suit. It is highly unlikely that their suit was without merit because the EEOC frequently favors the employer unless strong evidence to the contrary.
