RDx BioScience

Xeron does business as Xeron Clinical, RdX, and Atlantic Diagnostic (assumed name in NY).

Xeron Clinical was briefly named Mount Sinai Labs when they started. RDX was Tenet Diagnostic when they started. Are they borrowing names of big companies? Are they all the same owners? I'm not following how all of them are Xeron now? Was there an acquisition announcement? Is this all hush-hush, in the family kind of stuff?

Xeron sold to Atlantic Diagnostic. Atlantic sold Xeron to a hasidic group out of NY. Xeron then purchased RDX and changed the name. Xeron is no longer any other name but Xeron and only operates out of NJ. Their NY lab was shut down.
