She already is! And she is making the managers miserable - my DM used to be cool, now it's make sure you work 8-5, talk 100x per day to your pod mates, and not caring at all that we're tripping over each other out in the field. What happened to the good times?

The good times will only get better. You are now in competition with your POD mates. You need to shine at all times. Do whatever you need to do to stand out from others in your POD.
