You must be dogshit at your job. Based on my projected payout and I hit all the spiff dollars (because I realize I have to work to be paid) I am expecting a pretty nice check and I am waaaaaaaay down on the rankings.

Maybe get on the first page in performance and see what that payout looks like before you just cry about how you don’t get paid. You aren’t getting paid because you aren’t growing your territory. You aren’t growing your territory because you are lazy, scared or incompetent.

When you get off the toilet this morning and are washing your hands, look in the mirror above the sink and see if that person is actually willing to be good at their job. Otherwise leave, there are plenty of ASRs that want your job and will do it better.

Yes billing is important and top priority at the moment. It is why we have millions in unpaid claims and our focus is on PA’s, 2022 MI, and UHC for the last 3 months, right?

Perhaps you should promote Steve Fletcher to help fix these problems. He has a solid track record of successfully leading the empower team.

This post right here shows how out of touch leadership is. These are not the good ol’ days when people could throw their bills away or when the only goal was market share.

As we have increased sales the operations at Natera has not scaled commensurate with the added workload. Many of Op’s shortfalls have been picked up by sales.

Phil stop bitching about how easy the job is and start working with other departments to get this shit done.
