He's never been liked and it has always been a mystery why he is still around. Says he worked in a nuclear power plant before J&J, but does not seem to know anything about IT. They've used him as a hatchet man to layoff employees that were close to 10 years to avoid paying full pension benefits. Expect karma will whip back around on that dickhead soon!
He's mostly a hatchet man to fire employees that are nearing 10 years so the company can avoid paying full retiree benefits that include healthcare. That's all he did in Consumer because he does not know anything about IT. Probably has a fake degree like Sanjay did. I'm sure karma will come back around on him very soon!

I'm located in Canada and worked under Rajesh for several years. Thankfully, I was protected under Canadian law otherwise he would have fired me like he did to Jim C. and many others.
Rajesh is a perfect example of an Obama era hire with fake credentials and bogus experience when they hired him in Consumer back in the 2000s. I can't remember the name of the CIO back then, but she was removed in less than 5 years. Most of those hires have been cleared out! Rajesh will be gone soon since he has nowhere to hide anymore!
Rajesh was a DEI hire from the Laverne Council days. Total incompetence and hated by all of his peers!
