Well this job took a 180 real quick. Shorting people 10-25k on Q4 bonuses that were promised and slashing the comp plan to look like a high end pharma job.... Time to dust off that resume. If they don't come through with the bonus money that was promised, I suspect a mass exit. This job is hard, and if you are having success you deserve well over $200k. Not this "180-185k", that really adds up to $150k at plan.
