Question for those who have left





Here's the deal folks. We need to downsize. There is no money left for severence packages hence the PIPs. Its a way to do a downsizing without paying up.
Do you really think so? “IF” that were true, then why are they filling vacant territories after PIPs?
It’s not making sense strategy wise, monetary wise.
 












How is this company not addressing all the troublesome issues? There’s no Q&A on conference calls ever and people carry on like things are fine. Coachability while people are being put on PIPS, going bankrupt, orange book, stock is lower than before there was a product to sell. And we are all gonna go sit in Texas like things are fine?

I think no one is asking because we know the answer and it doesn’t look good. So people will continue to get a paycheck while they bail themselves out with a new job elsewhere
