For those who have left (PIP or on own), did insurance stop immediately or did it continue to end of month? Did they honor the two weeks notice? Thank you in advance for your honest input.

This coachability is a fucking joke! How do companies pay for this. Especially our company that only has enough money to last until the end of the year (hopefully). Go down to 150 reps make territories bigger and cut programs and maybe just maybe we can pay our bills.

Agree and thank you. Wait til you take the initial survey. It’s to create Minions! Who approved this excessive waste of money?? There isn’t time to change work habits!
 
























Stop??? The opposite. A bunch let go and the second round of PIPs went out.
No. How many reps were let go? And how many PIPS? And WHY do none of us have the balls to ask what is happening on our calls with the people that matter?
Why can’t we all band together? I’m so tired of these fear tactics. It’s ruining peoples lives
 




































PIPs are just the normal way business is conducted at this company now. Everyone here gets a 6 month trial period. If you're numbers don't knock it out of the park you will be on a PIP. You will be managed out in two months. This has turned into a job of less than a year. Sales reps are just turned and burned. Do not work here. Nobody needs this aggravation. Do yourself a big favor and don't apply here!
 






Martin doesn't know sales. Joe was Big Pharma and only knew the Novartian ways. We got the wrong leadership for a drug that needed to be worked at the doc level. Plain and simple.
 






Why a PIP extension? Why not let them off the PIP?
Good question. To ensure we all stay as de-motivated as possible? To prolong the torture? The level of management incompetence here is beyond anything I have ever seen before.

Here’s a hint: salespeople do not get motivated by fear tactics. They shut down.
