Quest to purchase BioReference

Typical loser trash talk since you have nothing of substance to contribute here.

As opposed to? Listen son, Your inability to comprehend the dialogue in no way diminishes it. Now why don’t you just chew on one of your pot gummy bears and get some sleep. Burger King opens early and the might call you in.

Well, technically he comprehended the dialogue as trash. Ergo, the dialogue itself is diminished.

Kids, the talk of Quest acquiring Bio is silly. I’m sure there was a meeting between the two at some point. That’s perfunctory DD. However, this is not the 1990s when commercial labs grow their core business via acquisition. Zero reason Quest would want to purchase mostly bad routine business. What a mess that would be. Probably 25% voluntary or involuntary attrition. Quest’s acquisition strategy is proprietary genetics (think Blueprint Genetics) or expanded channels (think MedXM/Healthconnect). GeneDx, GenPath – nothing new to add to the Quest portfolio.

PS. I do agree with you, however, about the gummy bears and sleep.
