It reaps dividends; your scores (TU 508, EX 512, EQ 499) would obviously disqualify you from any consideration for advancement, even if your performance were to miraculously reach the level of adequacy.

The comp plans are second to none. Do you actually keep your sales reps longer than a year? Six months? What does a Quest sales rep even look like. Order takers in a fast food restaurant.
The good reps get their base training and experience at Lab Corp or Quest and then move to the smaller boutique labs where they are enticed by much larger salaries and bonus potential. It appears that Quest is just a starting ground company.
Quest can put all these small regional labs out of business by paying service reps 80,000 per year and a quarterly bonus of up to 10 k per qtr.
Sales should have a base of 80,000 with 6 % commission for 2 years and 2 % for the next 3 years.After 5 years they become a service reps acct. Need an incentive to keep reps working and staying.
