Quest Diagnostics is a Cheap Hustle

Admit it, working is here is neither gratifying or rewarding.

Upper management down to middle management suck ass.

Support is terrible - not necessarily their fault as CEO made the decision to cut so many.

It’s harder to hold onto existing business than to grow new. The children in middle management don’t get this.

Cheap hustle. No room for career growth and certainly not a respectable career unless you’re the CEO who insists on dropping everything to the bottom line. ( yes you’re a fucking loser Steve R.)

Time to start rethinking my lab career.

Notice how nobody wanted to buy a lab company in distress dumbass. Tells me the entire lab industry is in distress.

While I consider you a lost cause, perhaps there are a few rookies who can benefit from a brief history lesson. Theranos is not your typical lab, in distress, predictably, from the market pressure that comes to bear from trying to face down a company such as ours. Theranos was the quintessential "cheap hustle" in our industry and the post was a perfect retort to the ignorant fool who started this thread. Theranos was a get rich scheme, cutting corners at every turn and ignoring the fundamentals that are the foundation of Quest Diagnostics. Better for Pfizer to buy Enzyte. At least there, the joke is out in the open. Hope this helps.
