Keen to hear from others that have had contact with this woman, but she is an absolute tyrant. She yells at people, as if this is normal, acceptable way to act in a multinational in 2023. Her closest stakeholders, Directors and Senior Directors even, are terrified of this woman and will drop off any meeting to be in totally unnecessary meetings because Que is so unhinged. Her OHS scores are ass, abysmal.

I know a few people transferring out of Northridge, actually. They've told some horror stories about this woman. Shame that she's just cashing in until she gets fills someone else's quota.

People who are truly in the know understand she had zilch to do with the launch. She just happened to be in the throne at the right time. If the board is telling the truth, they hate her as much as everyone else.

This crap permeates other divisions too. People development, team building and retention strategies are foreign concepts across the whole place.
