whomever the new buyer is, here's a goldmine of advice. Get rid of the arrogant, out of touch One, pronto, just like medtronic did. Before the ink dries. We ALL figured it out months in by NSM 2013 that we were looking at a downward spiral driven by a single person's golden parachute agenda. Morale will shoot up 99% and with that, sales will follow by up by 20%. Folks at the home office will actually WANT to stay with the company and Sales will want to reengage our customers with leadership again instead of avoid him.
