When will this conf call be conducted?

Absolutely no idea like the rest, only it will be 4th quarter. The hospital division's story is many of these patients will transition from the hospital from IV back to PO. The launch has been a complete failure and they now want 50% of the existing sales force and the hospital team to relaunch with new marketing materials. Don't know anything beyond that.

So , what will happen to the CSO? Many of my collegues from training and myself have very few Rx. Will be let go?
 






















































You're kidding right? The Inventive reps will be the easiest to break ties with. There is also 3-4 months to go before they make these changes.

do you think ventiv reps will get any severance?

So if you are not hitting your goal , you most likely willl be let go?
How about if you work an area that has access issues?

Don't know all the specific answers other than to say if your numbers are not good, you are in serious jeopardy. Having said that, you at least have the advantage of 3 or 4 months to start looking for a new and better job. That's all I know. Can't comment on anything else.

Thanks for the info. Well this is good info for many of us. For many people , they are not even anywhere near their goal. I already started looking. not much out there
 












Unfortunately the layoff will only be announced the evening before. It will be two different calls at two different timrs. You will be given a time to get on a call. One call will be the ones that stay. The other call will be the ones that go. No notice will be given as they don't want representatives to stop working

I just hope that whoever it putting this info out here isn't just trying to scare people. Realize that those not making numbers may very well starting job hunting, taking time away from working on making numbers. People will leave and if this isn't true, you will be costing the company dearly.

I have doubts on the validity of this because there are no goals for the remainder of the year, and a bunch of reps are flying in to St. Louis next week so that corporate can see what IS working.

I appreciate the info if it is true, but don't spread lies and upset people's lives unnecessarily with BS.

What's considered good? Total RX number of prescribers is still being considered. Your DM will decide who has to be cut. If you have access and are making headway your DM Can choose to keep you even if your numbers are not the best

One thing that is GUARANTEED is the DM'S WILL NOT have their hands in the lay offs at all as those jobs will be affected as well. They will be cutting the DM'S by 50% as well. After the layoff is completed, half the total managers will be from the hospital division. The DM s have no input in this decision!
