Hospital reps may not want it, but it's essential if they want to ever get some real traction with XXR. Should have had hospital reps getting in there so surgeons could prescribe in the hospital from day 1!

The current Xartemis sales force will be reduced by roughly 50% due to the launch not being as successful as forecasted. The Hospital Division will continue to promote OFIRMEV during the patients hospital stay AND then promote Xartemis XR for when the patient is discharged.
If your territory isn't currently doing well. One would suggest looking for another opportunity. Of course, they will not tell any of the current Xaretemis reps until the bitter end as they want you to continue working out in the field before they do the layoffs.

When? And who will be let go first? Ventiv or Mallinckrodt?
 






























Yes- they are looking at performance and some territories will be cut due to poor performance and no access deeming the territory unviable. However, the cut will not be significant due to MK 155 launch.
They will prioritize MNK reps but cuts are performance/geography based

Unfortunately the layoff will only be announced the evening before. It will be two different calls at two different timrs. You will be given a time to get on a call. One call will be the ones that stay. The other call will be the ones that go. No notice will be given as they don't want representatives to stop working
