Good business decision but at what price?

Really.. How hard is it to give free shit way in 10 offices a day?You all have it made. Try working on the self med contract team. 10 calls per day, no admin time, no one is making there goals, no bonuses, gal derma mgmt. does not know what work life balance is.

Spot on.Rx is fading right across derm , pricey me 2 products that don't make a huge difference. Believe whomever u like but layoffs are part of ur future , great people see what's around the corner and go into proactive mode . Others simply sit around and hope things will improve . Question is if you know Rx is toast , AC is struggling certain geographies , why stay ?

I'm calling BS. Incredible pipeline, new branding, everyone is making big bucks, driving fancy cars, driving around doing drop in calls for 3 hours a day. It ain't getting better than this. Loving life.

They shake us down every quarter and any growth is simply future business lost. It's a house of cards and cannot go on very long. Mexican Police are less corrupt than this business. Nestle/ Galderma knows this but turn blind eye because it would kill their ability to sell A/C to another company. Want proof? Here's the challenge, post the number of "demonstration product" you gave to established customers last quarter. I'll bet it totals about 25% to 40% of the accounts total purchases.
