Really?? A bit dramatic. Who is running us out? SYK does a nice job but then who? J&J. Ha!! S+N?? They can’t even show up to a case with all of the inventory. Maybe it’s enovis or tjo or…. These guys are fighting for scraps on the edges.

At the end of the day this is all going to come down to price. That day will come as soon as contracts expire. Lots of the mid size OEM will jump in with both feet. Make some crazy deal that mortgages their future and then they become cash starved and inept.

Rumor started from the top down when Hanson started bringing medtronic people over with him. If it’s not true and he divested spine and dental into it’s own thing it was just to keep shareholders off his back for now, but as the top keeps suggesting it’s because government wouldn’t allow a merger with spine and dental attached. Last few years it was off the table because of Covid, now big daddy government back to work, we shall see what happens in the next year. Hanson LOVES his bonuses, and will work out some sort of deal to make that massive bonus before his departure. I welcome medtronic myself, anything is better then our current management and all the problems that have come with them. Sad state of affairs at ZB. That’s for sure
