Q1 Guidance 2014







Get a life people! If you put half of your energy into selling vs sitting on café pharma all day perhaps you would move some numbers. Until you walk in the shoes of the people you are criticizing you have zero room to talk and zero room to have an opinion. You all sound ignorant. you are all big boys and girls. If everything is doom and gloom get the F..k out and get a life because you obviously don't have one!

If you're in any sort of leadership position and can't see threads like this are accurate it's no wonder the company is failing.

Easy to blame us in the salesforce but name 1 positive PH, HD or anyone else has brought to the table help facilitate sales. These guys are just empty suits and we all know it.

Any Vantera placements?!? NO Any impactful MC wins? NO any new ref. labs? NO quest? NO

Since I can't provide clear and direct feedback due to the culture they've built I come here

Dear investors,

We've just lost our largest customer & would like to revise our projected earnings for Q1 & beyond! Our largest national lab partner dropped our only test last week & were not sure what to do.

Just to be clear in the past 3 months the following has happened:

- We laid off 30% of our sales force
- Our 5th largest customer (Solstas) was bought by a competitor
- Our largest customer (HDL) had dropped our test starting Monday

We are confident that all these events will negatively impact the business & expect our stock will be well under $3 very soon. If you know anyone looking to purchase an over valued company, please contact us, we're desperate!

It amazes me people like PH have made it to the level he is at. He has no idea what being a "leader" is. How does it amaze you that worms slither to the top? He had to take HD's offer to come here, his "style" only works for so long...we are not even a year in and look!

Get your facts in order first. HD did not hire PH. He got there six months before HD Maybe they have it right. Overpaid clueless reps who cannot assess facts are better off leaving.

Lousy mediocre management is hardly limited only to sales. Lousy corrupt work environments breed lousy managers and that over time becomes the normal identity of the company.
 


















pH is there because of a certain somebody on the board and HD is just so use to having PH's nose up his butt.

Now there's the facts

And that is different from every other company, how? You can bash these guys all you want if it makes you feel better. But the harsh reality is that today's situation is the result of years of lousy management, by a variety of clueless people, not just one or two at the top. Some of these mediocre morons are still around, with no accountability. Now the situation has just gotten so bad over time, it would make anyone trying to repair it look foolish.
 












PH does need that train wreck of a company to look foolish he did the at his last place of employment and just continues the trend at LS

PH is much better suited for life insurance or amway. He hasnt a clue about ethics, while shameful in medicine, his style would work best in a basement of 20 year olds making cold calls to retirees that focus on a product that sucks their life savings for something they don't need. His style works but just not in this industry and sadly not in this millennium. Go to a boiler room P, bully those folks and sleep well at night. Bridges are being burned here.

Great rule of thumb for all job seekers and stock investors. Go to glassdoor.com and check out the company. I have found this to be very accurate for an inside view of a company and its viability. And yes if it is medical related cafepharma.com but here you have to be able to dig out the real information from the bitter/jokester's. There is a lot of truth found in these resources and it can save you a bunch of time and energy. Above all be very careful not to ignore this info or you could be in a position of regret like the poster above.
