You've every right to be asked to be treated fairly, provided with fair business strategies and more. There have been serious issues from day 1. You don't believe this, go back to the very earliest posts, if, they are still there. There has been an ongoing bizarre approach to things that for whatever reason, has been allowed to prevail. A complete lack of regard for employees, their hard work/loyalty. Their input, even if it was asked for, once you gave it, gained them a target on their head. New hires acted like jackals, salivating at the chance for a promo. Selling people out became the by word of the day. t was a land mine of opportunities for the even the most unqualified, which is how you got the fine managers you have. When they first starting in with the big pharma hire ins, somehow they forgot the whole premise of this companys division was not to become like big pharma, because the med and its unique qualities called for a higher standard. Then, when they started applying the Big Pharma old rank and file shit, they found out there was no way to fairly rank and file people because there wasn't an equal playing field on many levels and this med shouldn't and couldn't be sold in the same atmosphere as big pharma. (available trainings in areas, sizes of territories varying, and more) Worst of all, after telling the sales force they had to document like hell in their handy dandy new computer program, so the new hires could have some knowledge of accounts etc., it was ALL completely erased and territories were taken away from people without any notice whatsoever. One day, you went to an account you'd called on from day one and eventually found out the reason it was no longer accessible in your palm pilot was it now belonged to someone else. Yea, try driving your ass four hours round trip and calling on account after account and being told, oh, well, there was someone else in here with your company the other day. No one saw fit to let you in on that little secret. YOu want to talk about a mass exodus. These types of things went on until people were quitting left and right. Some didn't have a clue there was a new hire, let alone a new manager, now making decisions without any input from people who had been working those territories. Did that piss people off? What do you think? Mr. Big Pharma came in, realigned territories how he saw fit, in spite of people who had actually working knowledge of that region being consulted and thats what you have here, a mass of stupidity gleaned from Big pharma tactics. Your knowledge and experience, discussions of what makes sense vs. a big pharma data system thats spews out dated datae, what should be common sense, went the way of the dinosaur. Decent behavior, common courtesy, thats gone and ancient history.
