Dumb a$$, a lot of companies give incentives to make things happen, castle management wouldn't know that because this is their first job in the industry.

Besides, you are probably a manager and that 400 sample account was awarded you when you fired the rep who landed it.

One would have to know their goal in order to exceed it. I agree with getting paid to do your job, but Castle has NEVER put an official quota for samples to be sent in. Well, there was that one time when Rob wanted us to chant "250 samples a week or I'll resign!" That worked about as well as his brick smashing...

The problem with getting paid by Castle is that you don't. You never know how many samples came in and they only pay you on the ones that insurance pays for unlike other companies. Sometimes you are building your accounts and then you are let go so you never see the earnings. Castle gets the good end of the deal. They hired me, I closed accounts and now they have an endless stream of samples coming in and are not paying commission to anyone for them. They insist upon a sales strategy that makes no sense mathematically in my territory.

It is difficult to think long term if you never feel safe. I am scared to by a newer car because I am worried that things will go south. I would really like to just be happy here and give it my all.
