The contract has just been cancelled for the second time. Maybe they will try again in a few months or a year.

depends on your personal circumstances; I was on the verge of foreclosure a while back and when they offered me $70K to pitch vitamins to neurologists, I took it knowing full well it would only last a few months. You can always explain contract sales to any recruiter.

Don't know if canceled again, Transcept Pharma that makes the product had originally said the product would not be launched until second quarter 2012 - keeping fingers crossed that it still maybe a go..... product has really nice potential for nursing homes, retirement centers and people who wake up in middle of the night.....

Hey dumbo, do some fucking research before you post. Purdue markets this new "me too", non-insurance covered drug. Purdue is the same company that created and mis-sold oxycontin that killed thousands and ruined tens of thousands of lives due to their misleading and criminal (senior execs put in jail) statements to physicians. Purdue cannot be trusted and only loves narcotics and drugs you can get killed by. If you work for this company you are selling your soul and will burn in hell for eternity.

My guess is that it won't last 2 years. They said Oleptro was a great niche product also. It was a reformulation of an old product. Cost to patients was way out of line. Cost will kill this drug.

Has anyone been told when face to face ivs will be held? Already had phone iv and phone assessment. If they want to start end of February shouldnt they be holding ivs now?
