Publicis

useless?
In what way, their cheap and another voice in this messaging industry
AZ are the overpaid reps, just because you have been a rep for awhile doesn't imply your a good rep
Take this for what it is

Let's have more overpaid, check the box AZ reps stumbling over each other like they have been for years vs contract reps that can leave an MVA with the best of AZ reps

What makes twice as much as a Publicis rep but has half as much respect and access? ......I would be worried if I was you, AZ rep

Contract reps are the future in pharma. Like the previous poster said, just as much access, respect, product knowledge. It's a buyers market now for reps, lots of retired reps willing to work flex hours, no insurance .
Sorry just the truth. Good luck in your search in the real world, this gig is done.

You know what - go fucking crawl up in your little contract hole and shut the fuckup -who cares -go to the " contract rep thread "and complain and have your little confab. It's a axiomatic point that anyone besides you rejects really cares what you have to say!

"you rejects"? Be careful....most of us came from where YOU are right now. I had 22yrs with big pharma and was no reject. It all boils down to salary, pension, benefits etc.
Don't think for a second that you could not be among the "rejects" in a moments notice. Sorry to say that's the way it is today. Best wishes

I think that it's hysterical that some of you think that you are in your roles because you are somehow "better" than contract reps. When the axe in big pharma falls, it's all about the numbers. Salary, benefits, bonus, pension, etc. The highest cost reps are gone.

No one gives a damn about how good you think you are. It's just a numbers game.
That's part of why they hire external firms to do re-alignments and downsizings. They don't need to know who you are. We're interchangeable.

AZ rep here. Contract reps are like any other rep, some are good some are terrible. The one I work with is good I see them as my peer. People need to get off their pedestal. Anyone of us could get dropped in a heartbeat.
