this job is what it is. It's one that really needs no true special skil set. Yes, a handful have selling skills but that's few and far between. Mostly we all liked the high pay and low hours associated with the position. Those times are over for the majority of us. You had to have stepped up into a higher sales rung like biologics or device or sector like cancer to be in the money now. Because most of us had not we are here in the underclass. I am glad I used my time in the field to run a small business that just about brings in what I make here for salary so I'm not hurting. But, if you haven't made a move to a new field OR figured out a small business to run then you might be in trouble. We are not perceived as valuable and shouldn't act that way. I read thread a Long time ago about using the system. You need to do it. Falsify your records and sales stars and do what needs to be done to get hired. Photoshop etc is all you need. We just can't win at this level.
