all I’ll say to that is you are attention starved and trying to draw responses. Nobody in psych gets close to that for a starting on board salary.

No field rep is getting 140k as a starting salary in psych.. psych pays less than other specialty jobs. Now run along ya little fairy tale creature.

I hired a rep for $140 this month, and one for $135 6 months ago. Stop spreading mis-information, this isn't Fox News.

Stop the propaganda BS. Lutada just had a blood bath with turnover. Tons of reps left due to being under paid. These reps went to IC for 130-135k which were pay raises over Latuda. Latuda made a limp effort by raising their bonus by 5k annually. That’s pathetic and reactionary to losing reps to other companies for more money. So stop spreading lies. Sad

unfortunately true, but not just latuda. It happened across all 3 divisions

Maybe vs some, but I'd say not most. Things are respiratory and cardio and basically glorified PCP reps.

And CNS reps are calling on psychs. not REAL medical doctors, more like social worker/therapist types. That’s why the base is lower
