Lots of openings, some in psych some in neuro. What is the better division?
Yeah that’s prob the only predicament that I would even consider this place. Possibly another is if you are a primary care rep looking to break into specialty sales for the first time. The pay is well below industry standards and the leadership is bad. Just calling it straight up. Be very cautious if you chose to engage with employment opportunities here. Thanks for reply. Many of us are up against it and need a job.
100% this. Leadership is a joke. All they talk about is culture. You know what companies truly have great culture? The ones who don’t have to talk about it.Yeah that’s prob the only predicament that I would even consider this place. How much is the base pay?Actually the pay in Neurology is quite good if you perform well. The top reps are around $200k salary.
Generally in 125-135 rangeHow much is the base pay?
Think neuro is $155-$170 psyche $125-$145 and top rep I know got $195. Worst pay for managers. Any leadership rn is not worth the money with goals and bs. Chopping block in new year for these jobs is guaranteed when he trims to show profit. If you were at Suno or Tkda then you know it’s coming.Generally in 125-135 range
TG pretends he isn’t about metrics but then uses his bullshit buzzwords like perfect effort and execution. You want perfect execution? No problem bud. Leadership here is a joke. Not just TG either. One plus working here is that everybody lies about calls but nobody is ever called out about it. I have about 3 days worth of calls per week, max. It’s a running joke about metrics. They all are fake. One thing you need to be good at and that’s ass kissing, but don’t go overboard. The best people in upper management left years ago. If you are in need of work and can jump through the interview process, then go for it.
Very true. I honestly haven’t worked a full day in years and I am not the least concerned about it. In fact, I don’t think I am physically capable now of working a full day. I might pass out by 4 pm if I tried. My numbers are fairly good too, so no problem there. My manager has the brain capacity of an earthworm and thinks that spreadsheets equal sales! A huge problem with the sales team is there is literally no excitement about our less than mediocre products! Boredom is a killer. One plus working here is that everybody lies about calls but nobody is ever called out about it. I have about 3 days worth of calls per week, max. Gibbs has a high level degree from Wharton business school so he knows!TG pretends he isn’t about metrics but then uses his bullshit buzzwords like perfect effort and execution. You want perfect execution? No problem bud. Leadership here is a joke. Not just TG either.
I love when he says execution isn’t about activity metrics. lmaoTG pretends he isn’t about metrics but then uses his bullshit buzzwords like perfect effort and execution. You want perfect execution? No problem bud. Leadership here is a joke. Not just TG either.
I completely understand! By 2pm I am exhausted! I barely can make it to the gym! God I hope we never do what the Novartis managers are doing and that’s 3 day field rides with a lot of reps! Talk about a fucking disaster! I would definitely not survive that!Very true. I honestly haven’t worked a full day in years and I am not the least concerned about it. Nah, we are fine. The over exaggerated Gibbs talk is BS. No layoffs. Expansion likely believe it or not. Time will tell.pucker up son the reach around is coming soon just for you.
Famous last words. Gibbs is coming! It’s how he brands himself to jump from company to company every few years . in most situations, the reps are the last ones to see it coming. That how Gibbs rolls. Reps are one of the best cost cutting maneuvers in his eyes.Nah, we are fine. The over exaggerated Gibbs talk is BS. No layoffs. Expansion likely believe it or not. Time will tell.
