Psych or Neuro?

Nah, we are fine. The over exaggerated Gibbs talk is BS. No layoffs. Expansion likely believe it or not. Time will tell.
Agreed. The fools with the negative posts about pay and leadership are out of touch with what is truly going on at this company, and also do not understand the high risk high reward nature of the Biotech pharma industry. Anybody who looks beyond 3 years in a biotech company needs to go back to big traditional pharma and die on the vine there; the reality is Lundbeck is structured to survive in this industry and has a very good outlook in the near term....notice your bonus is pretty good these past few years? TG is the right person at the right time for this company, and if things go his way on the BD front (which so far they are), we are looking at some of the best leadership I have seen in this industry.

I agree. I have been around here a while and at first, was a bit nervous about TG, but it seems like he knows what he is doing, and for the most part, things are changing for the better. He has earned my respect.

Lundbeck is the perfect place to hide out if you are close to hanging it up. No layoffs, managers that hate field days more than we do, nice bennies, lower than average salary which is OK, very short work days and plenty of time off. What’s not to like?

Are you calling Lundbeck a biotech company? That’s funny as hell. For starters they’d have to pay about 30-40k more in rep base salaries than they do to be remotely considered biotech. Nice try though son.
