A Penalty doesn't hurt Brian or Proove. Its employees commission dough that the house is playing with. Basically you're all funding everything including UC and any legal fees or fines Brian may incur.
Rhonda has never told an RA to sign for a doctor!Rhonda insinuated to do that down here, but then we got busy. That lazy good for nothing Joe forced her to do a lot of stuff, but she was great for our team. Joe was such an embarrassment being in front of my docs. I really didn't know he was gay until like his fourth trip here. What a drunk idiot...
Rhonda has never told an RA to sign for a doctor!
If these statements are true about Rhonda and Robert it had to be very isolated instances. I have NEVER heard an Account Manager or Supervisor suggest or tell a RA to sign for the Dr. Actually it was the exact opposite.Account Managers encouraged RA's. Robert was one of them
What is interesting is that some former employees have gone to the labor board and filed claims and their claims are being heard. Penalties are added to the amount owed. If any former employees have NOT been paid for their time/vacation before being furloughed, GET YOUR ASS TO THE LABOR BOARD! Sting him where it hurts... In the pocket book! DO IT

Joe isn't guilty of anything and like Brian, he will do absolutely no time. Proove is headed for great things and our profits will soar and the new product looms on the horizon.
So why doesn't he pay his employees that he laid off? Oh and they just canceled the medical insurance with Anthem. Sent an email at the end of the day....classy. See email below:
"All:
This purpose of this email is to provide you with an update from the email sent to you last night. Please be assured that Proove did NOT cancel coverage with Anthem contrary to what some of you were told yesterday.
We engaged in discussions today with our broker and medical and dental provider, Anthem. In addition to correcting the error in their belief that we had cancelled coverage, our discussions today also surrounded the significant premiums being charged by Anthem for continued coverage. Anthem’s premium charges for 2017 are based on our employee head count of 270+ at January 1, 2017. They are unwilling to modify and reduce these premiums to reflect the Company’s current level of employees until year end. As a result we cannot afford to continue coverage with Anthem for the medical and dental coverage for the remainder of 2017 at these premium rates.
As a result, we did decide today to terminate our relationship with Anthem effective August 1st. As a result, you will not be eligible for COBRA Continuation Coverage through Proove moving forward.
Instead, you will be eligible to obtain your own coverage under the Affordable Care Act. We are hopeful that if you act quickly, this coverage will be made retroactive to August 1st. To assist you in this effort we have engaged our brokers at MMA. Attached is the flyer with the contact information for your use in navigating this process. There are agents available and standing by to assist you in obtaining the coverage that is right for you. They have multiple options at various price points available depending on your personal or family medical and dental needs and will walk you through the process step-by-step. Many of these options are more affordable than COBRA coverage would have been.
Any claims for physician appointments, prescriptions, procedures etc. that arose prior to August 1 will be covered by Anthem as usual.
We would encourage you to engage in these discussions as soon as possible to avoid any gap in coverage. Please also understand that you must make this change within the next 60 days in order to avoid a gap in coverage for the remainder of the year. In other words, if you do not act to secure coverage within the next 60 days, you will not be eligible for coverage until January 1, 2018 (unless you obtain other employment that offers you benefits).
If you have any further questions and to complete enrollment, please contact the experts at MMA directly at numbers included in the attachment. There is a number for both California and non-California employees. Given the limited resources at Proove, to the extent that we receive any calls directly from any of you, we will refer them directly to MMA.
We apologize that we are not able to deliver better news and understand that these circumstances continue to negatively impact those involved with Proove.
