She was furloughed. But now she's back and took the job of the data entry supervisor in the lab. I guess they figured they could have her do the same job for cheaper.

These are the people and the locations where they worked that are directly involved in the Ponzi scheme being run at Proove Biosciences. In the fourth quarter of 2015, I was recruited by Brian’s web of 1099 reps, as I had a large collection of physicians that I had been doing business with.
I was romanced by tons of documents with the Office of Inspector General (OIG) letter head on it depicting an approved and endorsed “Clinical Study” all documents looked authentic and all the protocols seemed to make sense. So I left my full time position of over 10 years to pursue a career with Proove.
I had signed up several accounts in short order and when payment for the Physicians was late the first time I was assured that this was not the norm. Several months had passed and I was not paid as of yet so I asked some questions and was basically brushed off. I believed that payment would come soon.
I worked hard and still brought in more accounts, some money trickled in, but not what I had expected. I was told stories of Medicare delays, just be patient and things will all work out. Well in July of 2016, I was told that all 1099 contracts were being cancelled and if I wanted any future payments, I had to become a W-2 employee. OK I thought this was actually a good thing, because now I would have some protections under labor law.
September 4th 2016 was my first day as a W-2 employee, I was excited, I thought I could finally start to make some real money. I wanted to impress the company as their new top sales man and I brought in 5 accounts my first week, this is important because all of these last accounts the were brought in, never received a penny for their efforts and I never received a penny in commissions for most of my accounts.
That’s right Brian never paid us. My first check was held ransom until I signed yet another employment agreement, which was less lucrative and strongly favored the company. Brian Meshkin held a conference call and this is where he told me his first lie. Brian swore that this new agreement was a matter of “Compliance” And when I asked if commissions were the same, he said “ absolutely”. This was not true. More importantly after signing the agreement he still did not pay me on time. I was getting reports on my monthly production and my accounts were bringing in over $300,00.00 per month and Brian Meshkin did not use this money to pay me nor my accounts. He used my receivables to pay off old debt and never paid nor attempted to pay any of the people responsible for bringing in the revenue.
This is a PONZT SCHEME As Brian never intended to pay any one. I have since signed two additional agreements to receive the over $40,000.00 owed to me. I am a single parent and because of Brian Meshkin I wound up on Public assistance for the first time in my life. Brian Meshkin belongs in a cell next to Bernie Maddoff

Shouldn't he be spending his time worrying about his illegal activities or better yet, figuring out how to pay his furloughed employees the money owed to them rather than laughing at people on here that are exposing what a scam artist he is?

I'm very sorry that you aren't getting paid and suffering. Your story is not unique. At this point though, hundreds of people are owed. Brian doesn't care and even if he did, I'm sorry to say he has much bigger problems than just the problems he has created for all of us. He couldn't pay you if he wanted to (unless he sacrificed personally, which he won't do for us). I believe he really thinks he is in the right and that we are just the victims of business, STAT and the government. The biggest problem is that he thinks he is a victim and that he is trying to change healthcare with some magical test.
Brian Meshkin is a very sick fellow who is unaware of his sickness. He is sick in the head and badly needs help. He has no loyalty to anyone except money. He will so anything and go to any length to stuff his pocket with money including lying, using and taking advantage of anyone. And for every harm he does, when challenged, he plays the roles of the victim and distorts facts to his advantage.
This is a very dangerous person that all rational person should steer clear of. He has no permanent friend except money. God help those who still work with him.
So, now that there is NO ONE in the billing department, why keep the business open? I mean, you have one person still there doing collections, but if the insurance companies have stated they won't pay while Proove is under investigation, what's the point?
Brian cannot simply close down the place. He needs to maintain a veneer of business as usual so that the investors who gave him millions do not come after him. He is playing a game.
