If anyone is actually waiting to return to work after this "furlough" they are clearly delusional... We all saw this coming. Proove is a scam and everyone knows it. Not only is BM scamming insurance companies, doctors, and employees, he is putting sick and innocent patients through unnecessary battles with their insurance companies. Insurances do not want to cover bogus tests. No doctors want their names attached to a company that has gained such a bad reputation in such a short amount of time. If BM was smart he would pay his furloughed employees, lay everyone off, and CLOSE DOWN THE COMPANY. It will save you money in the long run. You're really barking up the wrong tree. I hope you like lawsuits and jail!!! I bet he's scared shitless
 




If he closes the company, the few investors who gave him money would demand their money back. He is keeping it open to give the impression that Proove is still in business and all is well. I wonder what he is thinking.
I wouldn't be surprised if he left the country.

Mr Brian, I feel you should listen to some people in here and especially the one who once gave you very good advice very long ago. I still like you as a person very much. I know your situation is complicated however your best bet is to close down my friend. Your employees will eventually find other jobs. I'm very far away and I can hear Proove echoing repeatedly. You can start again. You are very intelligent. Take a break Brian. You need it my friend.
 




I laugh when people refer to Brian Meshkin as smart or intelligent. He is not. He is very dumb. Many of his decisons are poor and sparks of someone of low iq. He of course gives the impression of smartness with his charisma and exaggerations but if u work closely with him, its easy to see him for who he is. He is easily misdirected by those in his inner circle smarter than him, many of whom are mediocre themselves.

Proove only exist because we have a broken healthcare system in this country. It wasn't a company producing anything useful for patients. The money was easy, every rubbish tests Meshkin put out in the market, he just billed and the money kept flowing. The flow of money gave the impression of success and intelligence. But this impression is only bought by those who barely know Meshkin. It also masked many terrible decisions Meshkin was making.
 




Proove is bringing back some furloughed employees on Monday, July 10th but furloughed other employees because they can get someone else to "do the same job duties but get paid less." Of course, withholding paychecks so they can pay the returning employees when they bring them back. Business as usual for Proove. Not to mention that Meshkin hired high school students to move furniture and equipment last week to 26 tech. Gave them a tour and everything, making it seem like he was running a real laboratory with only 1 employee per department. This place needed to shut down months ago (sample count for June was less than 400). Brian has no regard for labor laws and has no conscience making employees wait for paychecks that Proove won't be paying.

Brian, I know you check this thread regularly and I know that no matter what is posted on this thread, you won't give a fuck. As long as your money is still coming in, you're ready to use and abuse anyone and everyone for your gain. Hopefully your kids can still respect your when they grow up and realize what a horrible person their father is and how many lives he ruined. However, since you're raising them they'll probably be working on their own ponzi scheme by the time they graduate high school. Brian Meshkin is an equal opportunity scammer because he doesn't discriminate on who he scams. He scams his employees, reps, doctors, patients, and even the government. Meshkin is the Madoff of the healthcare industry.
 




What is the legal exposure of an attorney who works for Proove? I would be interested in that answer

Well, so much for the execs being furloughed. Khanh is still there, worthless Kirt is still there, and now they bring back some employees while furloughing others... and they brought Tyla back? What for? What could she possibly have to contribute to this flail called Proove? Does Brian really think the ship can be saved?
My guess is these are the futile acts of a desperate man.
