Everyone knows that's true, it's been well publicized. You don't need to be a current employee to know any of this.

You're not really that concerned with facts though, or you'd ask for some facts to support those bogus test reports.
Suggestion: if you'd like some facts, do some legal research of your own on the criminal penalties for violations of AKS and Stark Law, fraudulent billing, and I'm not sure, but can it be legal to profit off of tests that aren't scientifically valid? This whole thing is kind of comical because no one has even made any effort to hide any of this stuff, so the investigation part is pretty simple I would think.
No one is going to "put up or shut up" on this board because that would involve ratting out any one of the many, many people who have spoken out against Proove's wrongdoings. So, let's use our common sense (not a lot of that going on at Proove, but stay with me...). It's common sense, if you read the Stat articles, that former employees have come forward about what Proove has done, and the article briefly mentions a federal investigation. So let's keep quiet about that part, and let the Feds do their job (unless of course you have any pertinent information to help the cause, in which case you should forward that to the OIG at HHS and/or the FBI - that stands for FEDERAL Bureau of INVESTIGATION).
Oh and let's not forget all the accounts that fled after the last article. Are there even 50 left now? If you still don't see what's going on, we can't help you.
