Almost 50 people were fired today. They gutted the Lab, did major damage to Billing, but almost no losses in IT. Really, 2 people who both do almost the exact same thing in the exact same department are still employed?
What about the guy in collections who has cost the company 10s of thousands if not more in harassment suits?
Some pretty dumb decisions were made, but I guess that's par for the course.
As long as Brian continues to listen to Kirt, the company is doomed. That guy is a joke and a waste of time.
 




You just made the biggest mistake letting sooooo many people go again. BIG MISTAKE. NOW, you have 50 more people at war with you buddy.

We, more than you, know all the phony business you started and if you think your stupid papers we sign will stop us, think again...... these are Feds buddy and they protect us ... you committed to much fraud already and pocketed Millions according to great sources. How can someone be so insensitive and heartless? Guys, for all of those who survived, please browse for employment elsewhere. The only reason why he is keeping some people, is because he needs whatever income he can get to cover the substantial loses from the last 2 months. He knows proove will eventually close down. He knows it well. Whoever was posting here warning is to leave was right and now look what's going on.....

Did they really not fire the CIO??? No billing manager or lab director but kept a "Chief Information Officer"??? Really?

I don't know why people are surprised at the firings if they have paid any attention to the company culture. Anyone at corporate who was higher up or was/is part of all of the illegal billing going on could face serious consequences. Honestly, anyone could be in trouble, we've all participated in some way, shape, or form. Steve is the CFO for God's sakes. For people who still think there is a gray area about all the illegal activity and in particular the defrauding of federal and private insurers for fake testing... wake up. And then be sure to submit a complaint to the OIG at HHS, they can always use more witnesses from inside.
 




I heard someone just contacted someone who works on a big newspaper but it looks like they need a lot of info for proove to get publicity. Beth, C.Costco, please provide assistance to you know who and please inform stat as well with update and mr.CAP whistleblower

If you have at least some heart in you, close down the company and announce it months **PRIOR** that way everyone has enough time to look for a job..before randomly doing it again and again. Some of us know what your plans are. We know you need money and you know well, too well, there are a lot of things heading your way. Just give it up with these games Brian. Please
 




knowing the CIO is still there taking pay when so many regular workers got let go is disgusting

only thing he does for company is tell other departments:

no thats not a priority right now
sure we'll get to that eventually (never!)

or BSing (ok, that will take 2 weeks - for like an hour of work)

dont you know we dont need a single manager level person in billing or the laboratory, but we need an CTO and TWO IT PROJECT MANAGERS. thats some high priority bang-for-the-buck restructuring folks
 




Do you know what bothers me about this guys? We warned all of you a long long time ago. WE WARNED YOU. nobody listened ! stop being so optimistic that this company will thrive miraculously and will get out of a huge hole. It's not going to happen. So please stop whining about how you lost your jobs. And for all of you current employees, do not start feeling sorry for them because you will only add up to the list. GET OUT OF THERE. None of you understand Business and Law, Brian cannot just close down the company just like that you need to understand that. Learn this from the old farts that know more about life than you kids. He is doing this gradually. Remember, he has people advising him what to do including his lawyers. The company lost a lot of money due to the loss of business . A substantial amount of money was lost.
He's keeping everyone left to just finish off what is left and get some money back because he knows the feds will shut it down eventually. Yes, there are new accounts but this is just him trying to get more money as much as possible while he can. A lot of lawsuits and heavy penalties are heading his way. This company will likely not survive guys that is the truth. But you stay there if you want to. There is no more need to warn you guys , it's all happening in front of your eyes now.
