Much like the diversity role in promotions. M Austrich got DM job in S FL not beacuse she was qualified but because she was a hispanic female.

Nah, these are all Novaratis reps on this thread. The problem with all pharma is managers are given too much autonomy with regard to their personal opinion. It's done intentionaly to make reps take marching orders. Think about a time when you had a counterpart let go. Anyone higher than a DM in the room to make the case against them? All large pharma operates this way. You have to kiss ass to get ahead and keep a job here. It's either in you or it isn't. It's all Brand team driven and these people are seriously powerful in the industry. You will say what they want or else
