PROMOTING BRILINTA IN PRIMARY CARE OFFICES! HUGE COMPLIANCE VIOLATION!

Remember Jupiter? Direction from brand team was hand out the closed envelopes to targeted customers, yet when the defecation hit the circulating oscillator, the PSS's were the ones that bore the brunt.

The genius in charge of Crestor at that time......LN. Still w/ AZ as part of global diabetes franchise. I think a global VP. scary stuff.

There was some stupid stuff done. 1st, LN's and MT's planning. A stupid wink wink strategy that would fail to fool anyone.

2.nd. Some idiots managers and reps opened the envelopes.

You can't fix stupid. Start off stupid and end up stupider. :)-)

Oh it's a compliance violation in every sense of the word. Eventually, the shit will hit the fan and reps will be fired, just like when the Crestor reps handed out that stupid sealed envelope with some equally stupid study inside. It will happen! Any way you cut it, when an AZ rep calls on a doc it's for product promotion and nothing else. Brilinta primary use will be started at the cardiologist level. If they are using the ruse of they just want the PD doc to be informed, well that's PRODUCT PROMOTION! Look how they limited who we called on for Vimovo! AZ only follows their compliance rules when it suits their needs.

Eat me!

We've looked at this, and worst case we win! The only way we lose is to follow the rules. If we get caught, the profit minus the fines =s money for us. If we don't get any shit then the profit minus 0 = awesome bonus for us and we mean awesome!

So do what we tell you. If someone fucks up and there is trouble, it'll be your ass, not ours.

Right on the money! AZ reps, by the very fact that they engage with a physician, are in promotion mode. Talking to MD's with any message is promotion. The only legal promotion message is that of the drug's indication. Any other message is "off-label". With AZ, it's just a question of semantics in their eyes.

So what is off label then?

So what is off label then?

What is off label? When I tell them that they can plug in Brilinta for the exact same indications that Plavix has. That's what is off label! Just like promoting Seroquel to psychs that treated 90% kids! On the other hand, they were not allowed to promote Vivomo to pain treatment guys is they were anesthesiologists, which 99% were! They are fucking idiots!

Whoa whoa whoa, the indications are clear! No one has said anything or indicated we do anything other than the current indications. If you are suggesting that you are a liar and a idiot. You have no justification for your statement what so ever.

You need to be fired, you are too stupid to be a drug rep.

So you promote it off label too? I think most of us do. It's just good business.
