Why this makes sense as to why company is heavily institutional owned. They can wait it out to ruling on lawsuit as I am sure they will know before general public the ruling (to bail or to stay in)

What is the lawsuit about? When is the ruling expected to happen?

If this is on hold is not because of lack of buyers but more management's decision. When companies look for guyout targets they look for what can they do with the target they are going to acquire and how can they drive the value. They buy it cheap squeeze the cost and grow the revenue. If they wait for the company to be profitable and grow revenue they will end up paying more. Why would they want to pay more if they see what they can do with it. This theory that for buyers to come in they have to show revenue growth and be profitable makes no sense.

there is only one reason we have not been sold yet. There is a pending lawsuit with GSK that will be decided late summer early fall. The potential acquirers are waiting for that. It makes no sense to buy us now when there is uncertainty regarding the value of the company. No BD guy ever got fired for the deal they DIDNT do...so they're waiting. If the result is in our favor (likely) it will result in an influx of capital and our value will be higher, if not the value will be lower. As soon as there is ruling, we 'll be gone in a month.
