So a recruiter called me the other day and told me they had an opportunity with a company called PDI. I have a little bit of a pharma background, so I assumed they were talking about the contract pharmaceutical company. However, this company is called "Professional Disposables International", and it is based out of Orangeburg, NY. They apparently sell things for infection control within a hospital setting. I was told that at "plan" I should be bringing in around $130K, but the recruiter told me that the majority of the sales force is making way more than this. The base is $50-$60K with company car expense, 401K etc etc.......I currently am making around $110K but the fact that I was told they were coming out with a new O.R. product is really starting to make this gig sound AWESOME!!! Anyone out there know anything about these people? I just need honest feedback due to the fact that I have 2 small children that are 100% dependent on me due to the loss of their mother. So please, have a heart and shoot me straight. Thank you.
