It must be pretty urgent if they are texting people as well, and suggesting they be on the telecon even if they may be on vaca. That's a first for me here. I hope it's really about a product and not layoffs. I got layed off last year here, and luckily rehired. I just don't want to put my family through this again this year.
 






Maybe its reclast. They did the same thing with Zelnorm. One day you were selling it and the next day....poof it was gone.

If its Gilyenia why would they have the PCBU have to get on an important TC

I agree. If they are texting(which i have never received a text from HQ) then it has got to be
something big.
Don't think it will be layoffs, I don't think they would stoop that low but I do believe some product is in trouble.

Exactly...I believe its about patch...no patent extension...no reason to have higher dose patch.
 






























Just got the inside. I know this sounds ridiculous but moving forward, we have to get all of our company cars wrapped with the product logos of the drugs we carry. This is in order for the company to keep writing this off as an expense. Cars must be completed by feb 1. You heard it here first.
 












F Novartis!!!! Get ready folks! We are going to get the ax alot sooner than later. Especially after our wonderful company is getting sued and cant keep their damn plants clean knowing they are a cash rich company. SAD

I call B.S. On this one. My money says it's regarding the Gilena patient that passed away. Tied it to the drug, so NVS doing damage control because we're about to hear a huge media onslaught about the whole thing.

I don't think they would do this with so many people who are on vacation...remember when you are on vacation you turn off your computers and phones. At least i do

It said product related. Why say anything at all if it was regarding the layoffs. They would just say Important mandatory teleconference
 












The patent for Diovan has been challenged in court. maybe it's one of those "as of such a date, cease and desist promotion and sampling of Diovan." Since you never know with our incompetent senior leadership, this could be a quicker end to Novartis. There is nothing to replace Diovan so the end is coming, unless we buy something or another company.
 






If it was big, like a product recall, it would come from the CEO. I suspect one of the PCBU products received a letter from FDA on inappropriate promotional materials. Under the CIA, the company must act as quickly as possible to correct the situation. That's the reason to interrupt everyone on vacation to ensure we protect Novartis.
