Work harder? That implies I don't work hard enough. Thanks, but I'll take someone elses advice since you must be one of those RSM's that has nothing to do but make our lives miserable. I work harder than anyone I know and that's way too much compared to what I am earning. I have a life that SM is a small part of, not a "job" that allows for no life! Loser!

They were not complaining. They were stating a fact. The product is expensive and then they were asking for their peers advise on how to overcome this objection.

There you go! She's had more cosmetic work than Joan Rivers! And she's still a raving bitch when she doesn't get her way. Watch out for that vindictive personality. She will get you if you don't watch your back.

I've started running into problems with offices having too much inventory. I've done a ton of work to help them sell it through, but it's very slow in some big offices. Number one complaint is cost! I can already tell I'm not going to make goal for Q4 or for the year. Any ideas on this cost issue? SAM has been no help.

I don't know what this forum turned into but I was attracted to it because it says Product Feedback. A nurse in my dermatologists office in the Mid Atlantic area told me about this site. I also wrote to your company but received no reply. It's my fault I bought your products and I am not looking for my money back. ($645) I have the money to spend on skin care products, Botox, and fillers if I want and I don't like being sold products that are not up to quality standards of others I've used. My Essential Serum has such a long lasting terrible smell I took it back thinking it had gone bad in some way. The nurse opened one they just got in and the same odor was present. I don't think they ever realized how bad many of your products smell, but they do now. I won't be using these products and already tossed them out. I was given a courtesy sample of another product I won't mention so you don't think I am a rep from a comptetitor. It was a protein based system too with many of the same advantages with one big difference. No bad smell. No purfume either, but for some reason, it doesn't smell at all. Hope someone sees this that might want to look into it.
