While I'll admit the Oncology division is getting more and more like Mass Market, our President Club is still Specialty. Maui, Four Seasons! March 21. That's no bull. Very nice.
 












Why does anyone take this stuff seriously? They screwed the whole REE division out of President's Club with some outlandish requirement for an unrealistic group goal for Reclast. You could have been 150% of goal on your other products, but have 94% of goal on the other and you don't qualify for the trip. Maybe if the Oncology reps weren't so busy selling against us we would have hit their fantasy goal. Regardless, the company made money on two major drugs for one indication and kept their high performing reps at home and pocketed the profits. Trips are made to motivate. When you lie to your employees, what do you think NV does to providers, the fda, patients, and stockholders? Oh wait, got to go do my online NV integrity ilearn.

I totally agree as well. I really thought they would end up changing that stupid 95% to goal for the Reclast end. It is not right when you have a district goal and you may be doing well in your territory but another in your district is tanking and thus bringing everyone down.
In NE thetop rep was something like 170% to goal on products but didn't win because of Reclast NOT RIGHT

Zometa Rep here. Quit whining. It's not my fault the my offices don't want to stock two products. Aloha and thank you to all my clinics for the "CIBL" usage. It was just enough to send me to Maui.
 












yeah, these trips are great. i have been to 2 of them. you are forced to hang out with people you would never want to hang out with all week. forced events and company dinners. you can never really totally enjoy it. the 1st one in Cabo really was almost a punishment.
 












Psychiatry STILL hasnt announced the winners. I think its Santa Barbara but I dont care. Although well inside the top five and being a guaranteed lock I dont think I'll be allowed to bring a date.

So its in April? I guaranfuckantee you I will be working for someone else by then. I dont care if its picking up fucking garbage in Clinton, TN I will be doing something else. Or I will be dead. Self-induced or job related induced.
