Prep division faces uncertainty and we compete against their own genetic. The rep who left saw that as well. Other good reps looking as well. Mgmt has big Pharma mentality. The old management is dearly missed by the hiv team. A lot of changes dropped managers grade level. HCV shrinking market slowly collapsing certain territories and combing with others last two years.

Sad but true, Gilead is a disaster! We need some Scientist nerds to run up our stock just like the gamers did for Gamestop! GILD has been in the toilet for years now.

Not all HCV open territories were collapsed/integrated though they should have been.

Ot the ease of thinking about HIV 6 times a year when they take a shot- you’re right in the ass. It is a shot like the one Gilead is making... but thats not for several years and for failures. Superior means less people contracted HIV and there is noooo F-ing way in hell truvada or descovy are more than 75% effective considering most people don’t take pills daily 365 days a year. People are listening to your 221 or 211 or whatever you came up with out of your ass and caused so many people to fail and get HIV. Gilead made people get HIV with their recommendations. Stick that thought in your ass and think about it. and btw stop with this huge shor bullshit, showed doctors the needle and bial today- prep is only cabotegravir it’s not viscous and it doesn’t hurt ... doctor irritated with the Gilead misinformation AGAIN!

Holding true to “the ViiV way you neglected to mention the documented resistance seen in patients who were getting the “painful ass shot” monthly. Totally have lost the integrase class for those patients. Thanks ViiV for re-introducing resistance for patients on compliant regimens! What’s new is old again! I’m pretty sure you “forget” to mention the documented resistance observed in compliant patients to docs. FYI, no documented Biktarvy resistance to date. ViiV is determined to ruin the integrase class with their crappy offerings.

More than just a few, even when taken exactly as directed (which will rarely happen in real life). And now they want the FDA to approve it only every other month. ViiV will destroy the gold standard Integrase class as quickly as they can make a very little money with a terrible shot and 2DR options. Very scary.
