I see. There are x number of dollars. The midwest and south death toll far exceeds Irene. Compound the midwest issues with a government induced massive flood. So, where do you spend the dollars? In the over-trumped up Irene where your base resides, or in the red states you despise? So what is the apples to oranges you state? A life in the Midwest not the same as a life on the east coast?

What is unproven? I've provided several sources and facts showing that funds have been frozen for the Midwest, funds denied to Texas, no commentary or support at all for the flooding, damage, and business losses, all while the adminstration rings their hands over a little wind and rain.
