Predictions for the next 30 days

So Brent's gonna yap on the 3rd and announce......???

A restructuring? A breakup? Salesforce reductions -- a given.

Thoughts on the stock? It's going to be tough to go any lower, I'll tell you that.

What a ride to the bottom. If this isn't something big well than I just don't know what.

I hope I'm out is all. I've had enough.

Hmmm. Maybe a break up or selling off of a couple of dog drugs. I could see that. Interesting point.
Maybe they were gonna lay off and then they struck a deal to sell off some stuff and delayed it.
Anyway so many reps and DMs and RDs can be cut

All new people will be gone. Those stupid fucks don’t even understand the business yet and I can’t tell you how many times that I get asked “how do you start a call?”
So they’re gone no question about it.

The stock is at an all time low. Tax reform has just passed. Most of our money sits overseas. That money is now liberated to make deals with other companies.

If the deal isn't made within 30 days, it will be soon. Our competitive advantage is to move quickly. Want to bet that this "contingency plan" for the tax reform has been in the works for a year? Plus suitors and willing partners?

Pfizer now could have their same target acquisition at half price, in a much more friendly regulatory setting. Overseas earnings can be brought home.

That's my opinion and I just bought deep to put my money where my mouth is.

WHATEVER happens in the next few weeks wont' be good for certain individuals but it WILL be good for the stock. I'm taking that to the bank.

Layoffs and Saunders resigns saving face by not being removed by the board.

I honestly don’t thing BS has to resign nor should he be removed by the board.

He almost pulled off the deal of the century and the government stepped in. Purchasing Allergan was huge for the company after the Forest/Actavis merger.

He tried to protect Restasis the only way he could.

You can’t fault him for the company’s struggles. If he sat back and did nothing you’d all be calling for his head.

A year ago, even 2 years ago, Allergan was the safest place to be in an otherwise unsafe industry job market. He recognized the need to make bigger deals and tried but failed. It’s not like they weren’t good ideas. In the end, he was beat up by the government.

I am leaving the company next month and not because of the uncertainty. I am leaving for a better opportunity, because let’s face it- Allergan doesn’t pay well, and what Allergan terms “Specialty” is really low-paying lateral leadership with headaches, and there aren’t many of those opportunities either.

I would love to see Allergan regroup and get back to 100B mkt. cap company again.

BS is not the problem.

Are you kidding me? If a rep had as many consecutive bad quarters as BS they would have been fired a long time ago. He’s made some desperation moves that’s it. Bold my ass.

1. Trump will play a lot of golf
2. BS will play a lot of golf
3. Botox sales surge as people use Trump tax savings on their appearance
4. The Kardashians start naming implant brands by name leading to a huge uptick in sales

well well, another uptick over yesterday.

Those in the know are moving in slowly.

Prediction: Stock stays relatively flat as those people who rode the thing down dump their shares for tax purposes by the end of the year.

First opening bell of 2018, stock takes a big jump.

Join me and watch.
